The first step to healing is acknowledgment of the injury.

The 3 Step Healing Process

1

Acknowledge that an injury/trauma has occurred.

Don’t force yourself to forget. The memory WILL be painful, but the discovery will show you PURPOSE.

2

Speak About It.

The power of words is very often underrated. What you say out of your mouth aligns with a universal frequency that causes your atmosphere to shift and re-create itself. Speaking out loud ignites your power to command change - to heal.

3

Hold Yourself Accountable

Make no mistake! This DOES NOT suggest that you are responsible for an injury/trauma inflicted upon you. YOU ARE NOT THE BLAME! It means that you are accountable for your decisions and actions in harboring or healing.

FAQs

How can you help me if I’m not in a relationship?

The basic definition of a relationship is the “state of being connected.” A connection is relative between 2 or more concepts, ideas, or others. Since we are Spirit beings, cloaked in the shell of Physical beings, we have an inseparable relationship with ourselves. My passion is to help you align with YOU.

What should I expect during the consultation?

The consultation period is a 30-minute introduction between the counselor and the client. This is the time to ask questions regarding expectations, payment methods, scheduling, personal history, or anything else that will satisfy doubt or concern as to whether or not we are a good fit for each other. There’s sure to be some laughter as well.

Do you only work with adults? How old do I have to be to get counseling?

I generally work with individuals and couples ranging from 25-65. This is the average. My services are available to younger ages as well. If you can articulate your concerns and are ready to do what is necessary to begin your healing process, Kudos to you! I am here.

Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance at this time. We do accept payment via HSA and FSA.
